Schools, Colleges & Universities

We are passionate about ensuring all students, irrespective of their abilities, have access to Careers Advice & Guidance that is linked to their academic interests and adheres to the Gatsby Good Career Framework.  â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

We can help support all students explore a range of career options that are aligned to their academic interests. We offer guidance on work placements, apprenticeships and internship programmes and can signpost students to a range of employers we know will support them.

Students who need additional support or those with an EHCP, can access 1:1 guidance to help them explore a range of career pathways that are aligned to their unique abilities. Schools that sign up to our CIBBS programme will ensure their students are better informed about their Career options and can evidence the employer skills link when working through the new Gastby framework. Ben Robinson

Deborah at Careers Ideas has been a huge support for my son Jamie in working towards his first career step, providing him with expert advice on his options, all aspects of job seeking, from CV writing and interview preparation to networking and building relationships. She also helped him to identify and apply for suitable opportunities. I would recommend Deborah and Career's Ideas to any parent or child who wants to get a better understanding of what options their child has and how to give themselves the best chance of succeeding in their chosen path.
