Deborah Collier
Director
Deborah has over 30 years experience of working in business consultancy, project management and resourcing. She is trained in Leadership & Management and Project Management with the CMI and has a wealth of knowledge and experience of working in different employment sectors including Education. She has taught sport in a local primary school and as Vice Chair of Governors, has taken part in two Ofsted inspections. She is passionate about supporting students and job seekers to access high quality Careers Advice and Guidance that is aligned to their academic studies,
Trisha Huntington
Careers Manager
Trish is highly trained in SEND education and supports a range of pupils with special educational needs. She has worked in a range of Government funded roles which include Careers Education and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of SEND frameworks. Not only is she a highly qualified Careers Advisor, she is familiar with funding streams to support EHCP pupils and has experience of supported internships,
Work experience
We are always willing to offer work experience to pupils wishing to gain an insight into the world of work. We specialise in Careers in Business, STEM, Sport and Defence.
