We work with a range of employers helping to develop a robust Hiring Strategy which includes guidance on offering T-Level placements, Apprenticeships and Internships. We run workshops on understanding reasonable adjustments to make at interview and deliver neurodiversity and inclusion training helping employers become ‘Disability Confident’.

 

We support Skills Bootcamp providers to be 'Ofsted ready' and deliver a range of employability programmes to bootcamp candidates. We can advise on the range of policies needed for inspection and are trained in Safer Recruitment and Safeguarding by the Department for Education.

 

Our workshops can be run as full or half days, in person or on-line and include:-​
